Our IT products and services cover all key business processes from HR management to finance, production, logistics, through to IT services. Using our many years of experience we’ve become a reliable partner for large and small companies in different branches of the industry, for companies involved in service provision, retail, utilities, finance and public administration. We have successfully established ourselves on foreign markets.

We are developing our own solutions and tailor-made tools to meet the clients’ requirements and we cooperate with global players in the field of enterprise process digitalization. Our products and services integrate the latest trends, such as cloud, artificial intelligence, Big Data or the Internet of Things (IoT).

2022

Microsoft Solutions Partner

We have achieved Microsoft Solutions Partner status

We gained 5 designations In the new Microsoft partner program - as the very first company in Slovakia and what’s more, we achieved it on the very same day as Microsoft announced new conditions.

2020

Expansion of the Integrated Management System (IMS)

We have added three new areas of certification to long-established management systems

We supplement the integrated management system with the Anti-corruption management system, Management system of personal data protection in the cloud and General Data Protection Regulation.

2019

Award of Excellence

We have received the Certificate of Excellence in a year 2019

We have succeeded in the competition of more than 120 nominated companies and we have won the Award of Excellence of the renowned auditing company TÜV SÜD Slovakia. We have received the award in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility.

2017

Acquisition of GT Systems 2

We buy 100% share in the software company GT Systems 2

We further strengthen our position in the SME segment. By combining the SOFTIP and GT Systems 2 product portfolio, we create the most comprehensive offer of information systems for small and medium-sized enteprises.

2016

SOFTIP HAPPY HR

We introduce SOFTIP HAPPY HR, our new HR management application.

SOFTIP HAPPY HR brings everything that a personnel manager, management and employees themselves need in the HR area. Anytime and anywhere. When it comes to direct approvals of holidays via mobile, remote personal data updates, orientation within the area of the organisational structure, education or employee evaluation and remuneration.

2013

Keepi – CLOUD BY SOFTIP

We are proud of pioneering a new web application for economic agenda of small enterprises and sole traders.

Keepi offers a wide range of tools for single and double entry bookkeeping, including treasury, invoicing or stock management. All in the basic, FREE OF CHARGE functionality. Without time limits or restrictions of the number of users, without documents or regardless the size of your agenda.

Integrated management system

We implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) for all company processes.

The quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2008 implemented in 2004 was complemented with four management systems according to international standards.

2012

We change the ownership structure

PMK Invest, s.r.o. enters SOFTIP, a.s.

SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS

We introduce our new software, SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS, with e-modules based on the newest technologies.

SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS is based on the platform of its successful predecessor, SOFTIP PROFIT. Except for using the already-approved tools, it also brings several news, including e-modules for customer relationship management, purchasing orders or production commission payments.

2008

We move our headquarters from Banská Bystrica to Bratislava.

2007

We change our corporate identity.

It involves a new logo and corporate colours presentation.

We move into more attractive locations and offices.

Out workplaces in Bratislava and Banska Bystrica are relocated into new and more representative offices in BC ARUBA and Europa BC.

We start our cooperation with SAP.

We sign the partner contract on cooperation with the global leader in the field of enterprise information solutions – SAP.

2005

National Quality Award

We win this award for excellent results in the final of the Slovak National Quality Award competition in the category of large service providers.

Microsoft GOLD Certified Partner

We meet the qualification requirements of the Microsoft Partner Programme as a gold competency partner.

2004

ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate

We vindicate the Quality Management System Certificate according to ISO 9001:2000 for all company processes.

SOFTIP PACKET

We launch a new version of our popular information system HERKULES SOFTIP, changing its name to SOFTIP PACKET.

SOFTIP PROFIT

Prometeus/W, our complex information system, is renamed to SOFTIP PROFIT.

2003

Gold medal of the Slovak Gold Foundation

We obtain the Registered Trademark Certificate and the Slovak Gold Foundation Medal for our information system SOFTIP HUMAN RESOURCES.

2002

IT Slovak Association

We become a member of ITAS, association of the most significant Slovak and foreign professionals in the information and communications technology sector.

2001

HERKULES SOFTIP

HERKULES SOFTIP is our new information system for small and medium-sized enterprises, based on the Microsoft Windows environment.

2000

Best Production Application in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

We win the “Best Production Application” Microsoft award in the category of DW/BI for the solution of MIS (management information system) in Vojenský otevřený penzijní fond (VOPF).

1999

Prometeus/W

We launch a new and complex information system based on the Microsoft Windows environment.

1998

Conference ITTT

We organize the first conference on Third Millennium Information Technology & Entrepreneurship (ITTT, later IT3T). The conference takes place every year until 2004.

1997

SOFTIP Ltd is transformed into a joint-stock company.

1996

We publish our first website www.softip.sk on the internet.

1994

SOFTIP BOHEMIA, Ltd.

We successfully enter the Czech market of information systems for pension funds. We found our subsidiary in Prague.

1993

PROMETEUS

We have integrated 17 independent software products into one package named PROMETEUS.

1992

SOFTIP is growing.

We establish SOFTIP-EAST Ltd in Prešov and our SOFTIP branch in Bratislava, later SOFTIP Bratislava, a joint stock-company.

1991

SOFTIP Ltd. is founded.

On 26th March 1991 three business partners - RNDr. Daniel Dobrota, Ing. Ján Kulhány, CSc., Mgr. Ľubomír Ludha a Mgr. Jozef Sudolský – establish the company in the city of Banska Bystrica.

In the very first year of our existence we offer 5 own software products (Payroll and Wages, Accounting, Finnancing, Technical Preparation of Production and Material and Technical Supply), we have 223 contractual partners and 27 employees.

30 years,
30 good deeds

On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of SOFTIP founding, we divided 50,000 euros into charitable projects. Employees and the public decided on them.
