SOFTIP was a global Microsoft Partner of the Year 2024 finalist. This sensational success was achieved by the Slovak IT company in the Modern Workplace for Frontline Workers category, where it was ranked in the top three worldwide best partners by software giant Microsoft. This was the company’s debut at the awards, where over 4,700 projects were nominated.
“In our business, this result ranks similarly as if a Slovak film were nominated for an Oscar in cinematography,” says Ján Schwarz, CTO and director of SOFTIP’s Cloud Enterprise Solutions (CES) division. “We were really proud of our five wins in the Microsoft Partner of the Year regional rounds, but then to become an awards finalist against international competitors is just amazing.”
SOFTIP enjoyed success in the category that evaluates projects that address the needs of frontline workers: two billion people in service-sectors such as retail, healthcare, government, tourism, manufacturing, etc.
SOFTIP was placed among the finalists for its project implementing Microsoft 365 technologies at Penta Hospitals International (PHI) for three CEE region countries. This transformed the customer’s technical infrastructure, and also revolutionized frontline worker communication, collaboration and productivity. This ultimately improved patient care across a network of 34 hospitals, 31 outpatient clinics, and 26 long-term care facilities. PHI has 20,000+ employees in three countries.
