SOFTIP succeeded against global competition to win the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2021 in the category of country/region winners. For the fourth time, the leading Slovak IT company has become one of the world's top Microsoft partners. This result is all the more valuable because the current year was extremely busy in terms of competitors. Just for comparison - in 2017, when SOFTIP won its third Microsoft Partner of the Year Award, the laureates were selected from 2,800 nominations from 115 countries. This time, 4,400 nominees from 130 countries progressed to the finals.

"It is a huge success and we really appreciate that we have achieved it right now. IT suppliers had to react very quickly to changing market conditions, a diametrically different business model, and changes in the internal functioning of many companies. And that's why concepts such as the cloud and digital transformation were often referenced during the announcement of results. Obtaining this honour confirms that we're both a good partner to one of the world's largest technology companies, and, above all, to our customers. That's our main principle and commitment to the future," said SOFTIP's technical director, Ján Schwarz.

In its statement, Microsoft praised SOFTIP's leadership in the implementation of cloud solutions. Microsoft also highlighted that the Slovak company is one of the first awarded MS Gold certification for security, as well as the company's on-going investment in its development and employee education.

The Partner of the Year award is given to Microsoft partners who have demonstrated excellent skills in implementing innovative customer solutions based on Microsoft technologies over the past year. The complete list of winners for 2021 is available HERE.

In addition to today's four Partner of the Year titles, SOFTIP has won Microsoft Awards ten times. It currently holds 12 gold and 1 silver Microsoft competencies.
